Residential Customers

            Monthly Fee:                                          $22.00 per month per EDU

            Usage Fee:                                             $  7.70 for 0 to 3,000 gallons

                                                                           $  3.50 per 1,000 gallons above 3,000 gallons

            1 Residence = 1 EDU

Multi-Residential Customers

            Same rate as Residential

            1 dwelling unit or metered account = 1 EDU

Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Customers

            Same rate as Residential

            Number of EDUs = Monthly Metered Water Consumption ÷ 4,166.7 gallons

            Minimum 1 EDU

Bulk Customers

            Monthly Fee:                                          $20.25 per month per EDU

            Usage Fee:                                             $  3.50 per 1,000 gallons

Number of EDUs is based on number of units connected to water service.

SEWER RATES

Residential and Multi-Residential Customers

$8.10 for 0-3000 gallons

$2.70 per 1000 gallons above 3000 gallons

$26.25 per month per EDU SR3

Commercial and Institutional Customers without Food Service; and Industrial Customers with

Domestic Strength Wastewater

$8.10 for 0-3000 gallons

Number of EDUs = monthly metered watered consumption ÷ 4166.67 gallons X $29.70

Number of EDUs is based on number of units connected to sewer service.

The criteria to determine if a commercial or institutional customer has “food service “is:

The food is prepared on-site at the customer’s premises

Food service is a part of the normal operating or business function of the customer.

Current Industrial customers have wastewater strength similar to typical domestic wastewater.

If in the future, an Industrial customer wishes to connect to the system and has wastewater with strength higher than typical domestic waste, the sewer rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending upon flow rate and wastewater strength.
